At the YMCA of San Diego County, we believe that a healthy spirit, mind and body starts with managing stress and staying connected to your community. This April, in honor of Stress Awareness Month, we are highlighting a variety of workshops, special events and ongoing classes designed to help you slow down, reset and recharge.
In addition to our April events, many of our locations offer ongoing stress-relief classes including Yoga, Tai Chi, Sound Healing, Qigong, Meditation and more. Be sure to check the group exercise schedule for full class offerings.
