Our approach is anchored in a deep commitment to supporting families and child care providers through community-driven, human-centered services. We believe that every family deserves access to the resources and guidance they need to thrive. We deliver this support by embracing the Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) framework, developed by Tufts Medical Center. The HOPE framework highlights the critical role of Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) in building resilience and reducing the effects of childhood adversity. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every family we support has access to Positive Childhood Experiences in all aspects of their lives—where they live, work, learn, and play.

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your Family Advocate in advance if you wish to visit the office. If you come without an appointment, your assigned Family Advocate may not be present. However, our office staff will connect you with assistance between 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
