Finding Youth Resilience

Support for trauma survivors aged 3-18

WHO WE SUPPORT

We support youth ages 3-18 and their caregivers who have experienced trauma. Our program provides free, trauma-focused mental health services designed to promote healing and resilience for children, teens, and their families. Youth are screened for eligibility before enrollment.

What We Offer

Finding Youth Resilience offers evidence-based therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Our team of licensed and pre-licensed clinicians provide individual and family therapy, while families receive case management, parent education, and connections to community resources to support long-term well-being. Services are available at YMCA counseling offices in North Park and Escondido.
