Did you know? Since our last equipment change out, Y members at Mission Valley have combined over 86 cross country trips by bike, over 2,400 trips to the moon by treadmill and nearly 252,000 hours on ellipticals and AMT machines!
We look forward to showing you our new equipment in a couple weeks. In the meantime, try one of our Group Ex Classes or visit our other YMCA locations!
