Fitness on the Field

New at Toby Wells Y: Fitness on the Field workouts, 8:00-10:00 am, the first and third Friday on the soccer arena! Get out and get busy, and do your own routine or follow along with the exercises our Wellness Coach will bring along. It’s a great way to meet other members and add a new twist to your routine.

These workout sessions are free to members. A Y Wellness Coach will be on the field, but this is not a class. Grab a friend and join us!
