Get ready for a spooktacular season at the Y! YMCAs across San Diego County are brewing up a variety of Halloween events and activities for all ages. From costume contests and pumpkin decorating to haunted trails and festive games, there’s something for every ghost and ghoul in the family. Check out the events below and join the fun today!

Floating Pumpkin Patch

Get ready for a splash- tastic Halloween at our Floating Pumpkin Patch. Bring your family, friends and ghouls to our covered pool where pumpkins will be floating and bobbing and waiting for some spooky fun. Let your imagination run wild and decorate your pumpkin and take home a one-of-a-kind creation. It’s fun time for the whole family so don’t let this unique, spooky adventure float away! Located at the covered pool.
Cost: $8 | Up to 25% off with select Y memberships
Please Note: Registration is required before the event date. Children of any age can sign up! Parents/guardians must be present for the event. Children under 7 years old will need a parent in the water with them.

Dive into a night of spooktacular fun at Rancho’s Movie in the Pool! Enjoy a unique Halloween experience featuring festive crafts, a family-friendly movie you can watch while floating in the pool and popcorn to top it all off. Come in costume or swim gear and celebrate the season with this splash of Halloween magic!

Bring the whole family for an evening full of festive fun! Enjoy Trunk-or-Treating, explore our not-too-spooky Haunted Bus, and catch a live performance by our talented YMCA Dance Team. We’ll also have a special Día de los Muertos story time for the little ones.

Join us for an afternoon of fall fun and excitement at our Halloween Carnival! Bring the whole family and enjoy a festive lineup of activities, including face painting, spooky games, web marble painting, cornhole, tin foil hat making, ring toss, a bouncy house and more. Plus, enjoy FREE hamburgers and hot dogs while supplies last. Don’t miss out on the festive fun!
This is a FREE event open to the community.

We are taking candy donations for our annual Halloween Carnival from now until October 24. Candy must be unopened, please drop them off at the Front Desk Membership Office!
