Rooftop Garden at Copley-Price Family YMCA

Our new Rooftop Garden is now open! This community partnership garden with UrbanLife Ministries will support educational programming for all ages – from preschool to our YAA groups! The garden will also be open for members to enjoy and for volunteer opportunities.

UrbanLife is a non-profit designed to develop job and leadership skills in young adults in underserved communities. One of their projects, UrbanLife Café, currently serves our facility in the lobby and although urban farms are already in their scope of projects they will be “branching” out to host the first YMCA of San Diego County rooftop garden! Learn more about UrbanLife here.
