The YMCA’s Building Bonds Program is a trauma-informed, early intervention initiative designed to support families navigating mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges with their children. Grounded in the evidence-based practice Trust Based Relational Intervention®️, our program offers a four-module, multi-family group experience that empowers caregivers with tools to foster psychological safety, emotional regulation, and healthy attachment with their children.
