YMCA Camp Marston has been a San Diego favorite for thousands of children and families. Camp Marston offers you adventure, fun, friendships and great staff – all on a spectacular 236-acre site – with activities including archery, swimming, climbing, crafts, canoeing and more. Our camps add laughter, leadership and lifelong memories to a host of activities.

We are San Diego’s oldest and best-known summer camp providing positive life-changing outdoor experiences for children and teens since 1921. We teach kids how to make friends and provide positive staff role models to help them be successful at camp and connect with others while focusing on the YMCA’s core values.

Lodging Information
The majority of our campers stay in our Camp Marston lodges. They house 20 campers and each lodge has 4 toilets and 4 showers, all with their own private stall. Adventurers will stay in our semi-permanent canvas tents. Pathfinders and Pioneers will stay in our yurts.
Program Options - Camp Marston
- Explorers Village: Provides a safe and comfortable first step into overnight camping.
- Challengers Village: Campers focus on skill building and achievement.
- Pathfinders Village: Campers will enjoy all things camp, while focusing on leadership and community.
- Adventurers Village: Catered to teens feeling a little more adventurous.
- Marston OWLs: Campers will spend 4 days backpacking across Catalina Island.
- L.I.T.s (Leaders in Training): Catered to teens looking to build responsibility and leadership skills.
- CAs (Camp Assistants): Volunteering experience that helps transition enthusiastic campers to successful counselors.

At Camp Corral, we’re all about empowering America’s military-connected kids! Our programs are designed to help them make awesome new friends, build strong coping skills and boost their confidence. As a national leader in supporting children of wounded, ill, or fallen military heroes—many of whom take on caregiving roles at home—Camp Corral equips them with life skills to grow into resilient, independent individuals. Serving kids ages 8 to 15, Camp Corral partners with the best camps across the country to provide unforgettable, fun-filled experiences, all at no cost to families. Every year, we share our camp dates and locations on Veterans Day, with applications opening each January on a first-come, first-served basis. Come join us and be part of something amazing!
