START WITH AN ORIENTATION
Get off to a good start by scheduling a free fitness orientation. You'll meet with one of our knowledgeable coaches to talk about your goals, get acquainted with equipment and classes and set up a workout plan. If you have children ages 7-12, schedule a FamilyFit orientation.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Enlist an expert to develop a specific plan to achieve your goals. You can purchase individual, partner or group training packages. New clients can get a four-session package for $220.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Members enjoy unlimited group fitness classes with a wide variety of options. Choose from yoga, water exercise, Les Mills BODYPUMP, cycling, Zumba, balance, HIIT and more.
POOLS
Our beautiful heated pools are ideal for water fitness classes, lap swim and Masters swim programming.
