Join us at the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA for San Diego’s premier youth career and resource fair hosted by YMCA Youth & Family Services! A March Madness-themed event designed for young adults ages 16-24 looking to connect with employers and explore career opportunities.
Bring your resume, take your shot, make meaningful connections, and discover what’s next! There will be free food, giveaways, a live DJ, and so much more – you won’t want to miss it!
What to Expect:
- Employment education and training opportunities
- Career-building resources from 40+ community partners
- 3-point shot contest with local stars during the final hour of the event
- Career Prep Station with free professional headshots, barbers, hair & make-up touch-ups, and interview prep support!

Shoot Your Shot is hosted by the YMCA HIRE Program as part of our ongoing effort to connect transition-aged youth and the broader San Diego community with meaningful career opportunities and supportive resources.
