A Great Place to Learn and Play – Before and After School
Welcome to John A. Davis Family YMCA’s before and after school recreation program serving students from transitional kindergarten (TK) to grade 5 at Dailard Elementary School.
Our program is a license-exempt, recreational program where students have the opportunity to engage in educational assistance, daily physical activities, STEM and literacy programming, along with building life skills and developing healthy relationships. As a recreational program, the Y does not assume full responsibility for care of children and parents/guardians remain responsible for their child(ren). This means students may choose not to attend our program and/or leave the program at any time. To ensure safety, we ask that families communicate in advance if you are planning for your child to not attend or to leave on their own. If a student chooses to leave without prior notice, our staff will contact the parent/guardian to inform them. Students are welcome and encouraged to stay for the duration of the program until picked up by an authorized adult.

Registration can now be completed and submitted online through our Community Portal. Find the site you are looking for by entering the site name in the Search Bar located in the top, left corner of the Community Portal. Registration is first come, first served.

Fees for YMCA Recreation Program 2025-2026
Fees have been calculated based on an annualized rate of the total number of program days and divided into 10 equal monthly payments regardless of the number of school days per month of service. Fees cover all minimum days and parent/teacher conferences.

Registration Details
This program is available only for students from Dailard Elementary in transitional kindergarten to grade 5.
Registration Fee: $100 per child for Non-Members, $90 per child for Legacy and Community Members and $85 per child for Community Plus Members. This fee is nonrefundable.
Please allow three business days for paperwork and tuition fees to be processed before child care services may begin. All fees are collected on the 1st of each month of service. Fees are paid by ATS (bank draft) or by credit/debit card and deducted monthly from your account.
A 10-day notice prior to the draft date is required for any changes or withdrawal from the program. If balances are not paid on time, your child may not participate in the program.
